My Story

Hi, I'm Mike, and my story is one of love for the land and truffles that continues to grow every day. Ever since I was a child, I breathed the fresh air of the woods and learned the secrets of the land thanks to my father, a passionate truffle hunter. And this passion, this connection with nature, is something I have carried with me forever.

During my student years, I hunted truffles to finance my education. It was a way to contribute to my education and at the same time, a way to get closer and closer to the unique fragrance and extraordinary flavor that only truffles can offer. 

Once I finished my studies, I decided it was time to share this wonder with the world. So, together with my father, we opened our first physical store dedicated exclusively to truffle products and fresh truffles, right in the heart of the historic center of Perugia, Umbria. It is the place where the truffle comes to life, where its enveloping scent meets people and invited them to discover its mystery.

But my passion did not stop there. I wanted truffles to be accessible to everyone, not just those who could reach our physical store. Thus, we opened the first single-topic truffle restaurant, a magical place where every dish was a celebration of this underground treasure. The restaurant quickly gained fame, becoming a landmark for truffle lovers in Italy and around the world.

Today, both our store and restaurant are still open and thriving. But my desire to introduce truffles to as many people as possible has not waned; on the contrary, it has grown. That is why I decided to bring truffles directly to you, wherever you are, through my online store.
